Since national restrictions eased in July 2021, we would like to reassure you that there are still ongoing protective measures at the practice. We continue to follow strict NHSE Covid-safe guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our patients and staff until further notice. We request that you continue to wear a mask, use the hand sanitiser provided and maintain social distancing during your visit. Our staff will continue to wear the appropriate PPE as recommended.
All our NHS and Private services, including hygienist appointments are available.
Due to the ongoing restrictions and guidelines imposed, there are a lower number of appointments available. We are therefore still prioritising patients who require urgent care and treatment and consequently routine check-ups may be delayed.
PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND THE PRACTICE UNLESS YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT OR ADVISED TO DO SO.
We will continue to telephone triage all appointments, so please be prepared to answer some questions. We will also provide you with a guide on what to expect during your visit as this may feel different than previous experiences.
Please call us during our working hours on 01883343476 and leave a message with your name and contact details.
Our reception team will endeavour to return your call as soon as possible.
Alternatively, email our reception team on email@example.com
THANK YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION & SUPPORT
Unfortunately, we are currently not accepting new NHS patients. Please be aware that patients who have not attended a checkup within the last 3 years will automatically be archived and taken off our registered list. Due to the number of registered patients, we are not able to send notification of lapsed registrations and we encourage our patients to book their appointments in advance or contact us if unsure.
At Caterham Dental Care, our foremost priority is our patients’ needs. Our whole team aim to make your experience as comfortable as possible. We enjoy seeing several generations of families and supporting them to maintain good oral health throughout their lives.
